This time next week, I’ll be lounging by the pool on a tropical island, forgetting all the bad things in the world! And I am so so very extremely excited! It has been such a long time since I had a holiday, and a relaxing one at that. Between uni work, real life work, and everything in the middle, there has been no time or money to spare, until now.
So I have gotten super excited about what I’m going to pack, dreamt about what I would wear to sit by the pool, and of course buying mini travel size toiletries (my favourite!). I’ve got all my essentials ready for me to pack, and head off on my adventure.
Holiday essentials (from left):
Country Road Toiletry bag
Ohana Swim Bikini Set
Australian Passport
Fujifilm Instax Mini Polaroid Camera
Bondi Sands Gradual Tanning Face Milk
Youngblood Minerals in the Mist Face Spritz
Youngblood Lipgloss in Coy
Benefit Dew the Hoola Liquid Bronzer
Sunescape Gradual Tan Extender
Ogx Coconut Water Shampoo + Conditioner
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
It is going to be so good to get out of the winter weather here in Australia, and soak up some well needed sun, but before that I need some semblance of a tan! That’s why before I go, I’ll be getting a spray tan, and I’m taking these two gradual tanners, for face and body to maintain this while I’m over there. There’s no holiday without a tan…
I can’t help but buy little mini travel size toiletry products when I travel. I get to do it so rarely, but it’s the cutest thing to buy, I don’t know why. I purchased my favourite shampoo brand, as they were so cheap, just to freshen up my hair when I’m over there, plus a gentle micellar water, to clean and remove the makeup off of my face.
I’m also taking a few makeup bits and pieces, not too much, but enough to give me coverage throughout the day, and make me look presentable in the evenings. A bronzer, tinted moisturiser, some mascara and a punchy lipgloss is usually enough, but I’m tempted to take a couple more things too.
What are your holiday must-takes?
Great post!! I can spot so many products that I own and love – especially the Garnier Cleansing Water, I featured that in my Boots & Superdrug haul over on my youtube channel but it was the Oil Infused one!! Great post and hope you have the BEST holiday! xx
